欢迎! Below are the links with information about requesting approval for events (virtual and in-person) for the 2023-2024 academic year.

2023年有什么新内容?

• If you are planning an in-person event, please make sure to read the WC活动政策, which was updated in Spring 2021. As of Fall 2023, all policies are still in effect 最新的.
• 你可以用 这种形式 request to borrow items such as vases, easels, etc. belonging to the 校园活动 办公室在这里. (This is not form chairs or tables, only items that can be easily transported! Tables can be requested from SGA. 连结即将推出!)
• Need classroom sizes to know what you are requesting?  Here's the list of classrooms. It's not everything, so if you have questions, e-mail (电子邮件保护).

学生活动

All student run events (yes, those that are virtual, too!) must be approved by the Office of Student Engagement.

To submit your event 批准, submit your request by submitting an event through your organization's page in Campus组.

• In your group, fill out the promotional information about your event by clicking on the left tab labeled "事件."
• After promotional information is collected, the next page will 是 Student Engagement Event and Meeting Request Form. Fill this out as you would the 旧形式! You will get a 确认 e-mail that your form has been submitted, and submitted 批准.
• It will then be reviewed by the Office of Student Engagement, 校园活动 and other College staff as needed.
• You'll get a 确认 when your event is approved. You can also check on your 形态在CG中的地位! 

Fraternity and Sorority Reservation and 事件

All FSL (including IFC and Panhellenic Council) requests, including meetings, should be filled out by submitting an event in Campus组.

Your event or meeting is not approved until you receive an outlook calendar 确认. If you have any questions or there is an error 和你在一起r reservation, please 联系 (电子邮件保护).

俱乐部会议

We encourage you to use Campus组 to schedule your meetings. It keeps the event and the request for the space in one place! 一旦你的会议 is approved on your organization's page in CG, you can schedule sparkly e-mail reminders and notifications out to your members through CG!

If you need a space and don't want your meeting in Campus组 (even though you can limit it to private or select memebers), you can use 这种形式 to request a space: http://bit.ly/wc_student_meeting_form. You will receive an e-mail reciept from 这种形式, and another 确认 once your space has been reserved.

In both cases your event or meeting is not approved until you receive an outlook calendar 确认. If you have any questions or there is an error 和你在一起r reservation, please 联系 (电子邮件保护) (Hodson Egg, Goosenest or Lobby) or (电子邮件保护) (classrooms and items scheduled 在 campus events calendar).

Study Space Reservations

If you are looking to reserve a classroom or other space for a study session, you 可以这样做. Fill out 这种形式: http://bit.ly/wc_student_meeting_form.

You will receive an e-mail that your form has been submitted and if approved, you will receive notification in Outlook with the location of your reservation.
